The invention discloses a light self-adaptive clamping and overturning mechanism which comprises a pneumatic cantilever crane and a light self-adaptive clamping and overturning lifting appliance, and the pneumatic cantilever crane realizes lifting and suspension of objects with different weights through a pneumatic balance function; the light self-adaptive clamping and overturning lifting appliance comprises a carbon fiber lifting beam, a carbon fiber hoop, a self-adaptive air bag, a carbon fiber clamping plate and a quick clamp, wherein the carbon fiber lifting beam is connected with the carbon fiber clamping plate through the carbon fiber hoop and a carbon fiber lifting rope; the carbon fiber clamping plate is connected with the self-adaptive air bag and is attached to the outer surface of the cylinder section in a self-adaptive mode through inflation and deflation. The carbon fiber clamping plate is connected with the quick clamp and used for locking a product to be machined. Through a lightweight carbon fiber structure and a pneumatic self-adaptive clamping technology, efficient and safe overturning and carrying of the barrel section are achieved, and the labor intensity of workers is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种轻型自适应夹持翻转机构,包括气动悬臂吊和轻型自适应夹持翻转吊具,所述气动悬臂吊通过气动平衡功能实现不同重量物体的起吊与悬浮;所述轻型自适应夹持翻转吊具包括碳纤维吊梁、碳纤维抱箍、自适应气囊、碳纤维夹持板、快速夹钳,所述碳纤维吊梁通过碳纤维抱箍和碳纤维吊绳连接碳纤维夹持板;所述碳纤维夹持板与自适应气囊连接,通过充气与放气自适应贴合筒段外表面;所述碳纤维夹持板与快速夹钳连接,用于锁紧待加工产品。本发明通过轻量化碳纤维结构及气动自适应夹持技术,实现筒段的高效、安全翻转与搬运,降低人工劳动强度。
