The invention relates to the technical field of hoisting equipment, in particular to hoisting equipment with an obstacle avoidance early warning function. The technical problem to be solved is that the gravity center of goods is unbalanced during loading or the goods are unstable during moving and obstacle avoidance. According to the technical scheme, the device comprises a first walking frame, a second walking frame is installed on the first walking frame through a guide rail, a supporting shell is installed on the second walking frame, the device further comprises hoisting mechanisms, the hoisting mechanisms are installed in the supporting shell in a mirror image distribution mode, and a first anti-tilting mechanism is jointly arranged at the bottoms of the two hoisting mechanisms. By arranging a first extrusion wheel, a second extrusion wheel, a third extrusion wheel and a fourth extrusion wheel, the first extrusion wheel, the second extrusion wheel, the third extrusion wheel and the fourth extrusion wheel are kept at the same rotating speed through extrusion of a cable and a transmission gear set and a belt transmission set with the transmission ratio being 1; and therefore, the first anti-swing mechanism hung on the cable is kept in a stable state, and the anti-inclination capability and the stability of goods during movement are improved.

    本发明涉及起重设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有避障预警功能的起重设备。要解决的技术问题为:货物在装载时重心不平衡或在移动避障时不稳定。本发明的技术方案是:包括有第一行走架,第一行走架上通过导轨安装有第二行走架,第二行走架上安装有支撑外壳,还包括有卷扬机构,支撑外壳内部镜像分布安装有卷扬机构,两个卷扬机构底部共同设置有第一防倾机构。本发明通过设置第一挤压轮、第二挤压轮、第三挤压轮和第四挤压轮,通过对缆绳的挤压与传动比为1的传动齿轮组和带传动组,使第一挤压轮、第二挤压轮、第三挤压轮和第四挤压轮保持相同转速,从而使缆绳上挂载的第一防摆机构保持平稳状态,提高了货物移动时的抗倾斜能力和稳定性。
