The invention discloses a high-precision height adjusting mechanism which comprises a rack, a driving motor, a bidirectional lead screw, a left lead screw nut, a right lead screw nut, a left lower wedge block, a right lower wedge block, a left upper wedge block, a right upper wedge block and a top connecting block. The left lead screw nut and the right lead screw nut are in threaded connection to the bidirectional lead screw, the left lower wedge block is connected to the left lead screw nut, the right lower wedge block is connected to the right lead screw nut, the left lower wedge block and the right lower wedge block are movably installed on the rack through first sliding assemblies, the left upper wedge block is movably connected to the left lower wedge block through a second sliding assembly, and the right upper wedge block is movably connected to the right lower wedge block through a third sliding assembly. The right upper wedge block is movably connected to the right lower wedge block through the other second sliding assembly, and the left upper wedge block and the right upper wedge block are movably connected to the rack through lifting sliding assemblies respectively. According to the high-precision height adjusting mechanism, height adjustment with micron-order adjusting precision can be achieved, and the position posture of the mechanism can be guaranteed under the condition of enabling failure.
