Opening and closing of the hydraulic enable valve are controlled based on the CAN network state, and network connection with the multi-way valve control unit is established when the CAN network state is normal; wherein if the CAN network state is normal, the hydraulic enable valve is controlled to be opened, and otherwise, the hydraulic enable valve is controlled to be closed; and after network connection, the multi-way valve control unit is used for controlling the corresponding coil to move based on the digital flow control request signal so as to control the opening degree of a valve element of the target digital bus multi-way valve. When the CAN network state is normal, the multi-way valve control units of the digital bus multi-way valves are used for controlling the opening degrees of the valve elements of the digital bus multi-way valves, when the CAN network state is abnormal, the hydraulic enable valves are controlled to be closed, abnormal actions of the arm frame are prevented, and the smoothness, accuracy and safety of the arm frame in the actual operation process are improved.

    本发明公开了一种叉装车及其臂架电液控制方法、装置、设备、介质,涉及臂架控制领域,该方法包括:监测CAN网络状态;基于CAN网络状态控制液压使能阀的开闭,在CAN网络状态为正常时与多路阀控制单元建立网络连接;其中,若CAN网络状态为正常则控制液压使能阀打开,否则控制液压使能阀关闭;在网络连接后利用多路阀控制单元基于数字流量控制请求信号控制对应的线圈移动,以控制目标数字总线多路阀的阀芯的开度。本申请在CAN网络状态为正常时利用数字总线多路阀各自的多路阀控制单元来控制自身的阀芯的开度,在CAN网络状态为不正常时控制液压使能阀关闭,防止臂架异常动作,提高了臂架在实际作业过程中的平顺性、精准度及安全性。
