The invention discloses a magnetic suspension water-lubricated hybrid bearing, which comprises a magnetic suspension bearing and a water-lubricated bearing, the magnetic suspension bearing comprises a stator core, a stator coil and an insulating pouring sealant, the water-lubricated bearing comprises a bushing and a bearing bush, and the magnetic suspension water-lubricated hybrid bearing also comprises an intelligent monitoring and control system consisting of a power amplifier, a controller, a displacement sensor and a circuit thereof; when the magnetic conductive metal material rotating shaft supported by the magnetic suspension bearing and the water lubricated bearing is in working conditions such as starting, stopping, low speed or overload, the controller controls the power amplifier to enable the magnetic suspension bearing to enter a working state to provide main bearing force for the rotating shaft, and friction and abrasion of the bearing bush are effectively reduced; when the rotating shaft is in a high-speed and stable working condition, the controller controls the power amplifier to reduce the current and the electromagnetic force of the magnetic suspension bearing, so that the supporting effect of the magnetic suspension bearing is weakened, the water-lubricated bearing is in a stable hydrodynamic lubrication stage, main bearing force is provided for the rotating shaft, and the power consumption of the magnetic suspension bearing is effectively reduced.
本发明公开了一种磁悬浮水润滑混合轴承,包括磁悬浮轴承和水润滑轴承,磁悬浮轴承包括定子铁芯、定子线圈和绝缘灌封胶,水润滑轴承包括衬套和轴瓦,还包括功率放大器、控制器和位移传感器及其电路构成的智能监测与控制系统;由磁悬浮轴承和水润滑轴承共同支承的导磁的金属材料转轴处于启动、停止、低速或过载等工况时,控制器控制功率放大器使磁悬浮轴承进入工作状态为转轴提供主要承载力,有效减少轴瓦的摩擦与磨损;在转轴处于高速、稳定工况时,控制器控制功率放大器减小磁悬浮轴承的电流、减小电磁力,使磁悬浮轴承的支承作用减弱,水润滑轴承处于稳定的流体动力润滑阶段,为转轴提供主要承载力,有效减少磁悬浮轴承的功耗。
