The invention provides an air suspension air supply unit noise reduction device and a noise reduction method thereof. The noise reduction device comprises an air inlet connector, an air outlet connector and an air conveying pipeline, and the air inlet connector communicates with the air pump end of an air supply unit; the air outlet joint is communicated with a distribution valve end of the air supply unit; the gas conveying pipeline is communicated between the gas inlet joint and the gas outlet joint; wherein at least one bend is arranged in a gas path formed by the gas inlet connector, the gas outlet connector and the gas conveying pipeline. According to the invention, the pulse airflow is separated through the two-channel gas conveying pipeline, so that the single pulse airflow energy is divided into two parts, and the bending part arranged in the gas path is matched to weaken the energy of the pulse airflow and reduce the single pulse airflow energy, so that the problem of high-frequency noise caused by shock excitation of some parts when the pulse airflow passes through is solved.

    本发明提供一种空气悬架供气单元降噪装置及其降噪方法,其中降噪装置包括进气接头、出气接头以及输气管路,进气接头连通供气单元的气泵端;出气接头连通供气单元的分配阀端;输气管路连通在进气接头和出气接头之间;其中,进气接头、出气接头和输气管路组成的气路中设置有至少一处折弯。本发明通过双通道布置的输气管路对脉冲气流进行分离,使单次的脉冲气流能量分为两部分,并配合在气路中设置的折弯削弱脉冲气流的能量,减少单次脉冲气流能量,以解决脉冲气流经过时引起某些零部件激振,而产生高频噪声的问题。
