The present invention relates to a pinhole inspection system including an inspection device including an illumination, a camera, and a visual processing unit, the visual processing unit including: a first algorithm unit that performs a first feature extraction using a preset first algorithm, the first feature extraction specifying a plurality of first candidate regions in which estimated pinholes are located; a second algorithm unit that performs, using a preset second algorithm, a second feature extraction in which a plurality of second candidate regions in which estimated pinholes are located are specified, and a third feature extraction in which a plurality of second candidate regions in which the estimated pinholes are located are specified; designating a plurality of candidate regions screened by comparing the plurality of first candidate regions with the plurality of second candidate regions as a plurality of third candidate regions in which estimated pinholes are located; and a third algorithm unit for determining whether the pinholes are actually located in the plurality of third candidate regions by using a preset third algorithm.
