The invention provides a ship vibration anomaly detection method and system, and the method comprises the steps: firstly obtaining the original vibration data of a ship diesel engine, carrying out the normalization processing, and carrying out the time domain and frequency domain feature extraction of the original vibration data after the normalization processing; calculating a correlation coefficient between each characteristic parameter in the time domain characteristic parameters and the frequency domain characteristic parameters and the root mean square by adopting a Pearson correlation coefficient, and reserving the characteristic parameters corresponding to the correlation coefficients greater than a preset coefficient threshold and respectively inputting the characteristic parameters into the generative adversarial network for data enhancement; the method comprises the following steps of: firstly, performing compression and reconstruction through an encoder and a decoder to train a depth auto-encoder model, calculating a reconstruction error to train an One-Class SVM (Support Vector Machine) model, and finally, outputting a prediction label of each sample through the trained One-Class SVM model to complete ship vibration anomaly detection. The vibration abnormity of the marine diesel engine can be effectively detected under the condition that only normal data exists or fault data is rare.

    本发明提供了一种船舶振动异常检测方法及系统,先获取船舶柴油机的原始振动数据并进行归一化处理,再对归一化处理后的原始振动数据分别进行时域和频域特征提取,并采用皮尔逊相关系数计算出时域特征参数和频域特征参数中各个特征参数分别与均方根之间的相关系数,将大于预设系数阈值的相关系数所对应的特征参数保留并分别输入至生成对抗网络中进行数据增强,再将通过编码器和解码器进行压缩和重构,进而训练训练深度自编码器模型,并计算重构误差以训练One‑Class SVM模型,最后通过训练好的One‑Class SVM模型输出每个样本的预测标签,以完成船舶振动的异常检测,能够在仅有正常数据或故障数据稀少的情况下有效检测船舶柴油机的振动异常。
