According to the prediction method, the high-quality congestion index data is obtained, the time sequence information of the sequence data is fully utilized, and the prediction accuracy is improved; the prediction results of all the subsequences are superposed and reconstructed, the consistency and continuity of the prediction results are kept, finally, the effects of mining complex fluctuation of data, accurately predicting the congestion index at the peak moment and improving the prediction precision of the congestion index are achieved, and the method brings brand new development for relieving the urban traffic congestion problem and improves the prediction accuracy.
