The invention belongs to the technical field of smart cities, and particularly discloses an urban smart parking management method and system based on a cloud technology platform, and the method comprises the steps: determining candidate parking lots in a region where a target vehicle is located through regional parking resource coordination; determining parking condition information of each candidate parking lot and traffic condition information of the target vehicle to each candidate parking lot, and then calculating space-time cost parameters and weather influence factors of the target vehicle to each candidate parking lot; and calculating a comprehensive parking recommendation index based on the traffic accessibility factor, the space-time cost parameter and the parking condition information of each candidate parking lot, and then selecting a target parking lot. According to the invention, the parking resources in the area can be effectively integrated and coordinated, the utilization rate of the parking resources in the area is improved, the coupling effect between the dynamic traffic state, weather, parking price, parking convenience and the like and the parking behavior can be fully considered, the optimal parking lot is adapted to the user, and the parking experience of the user is improved.

    本发明属于智慧城市技术领域,具体公开了一种基于云技术平台的城市智慧停车管理方法及系统,通过区域停车资源协调,确定目标车辆所在区域内的各候选停车场,并确定各候选停车场的停车状况信息以及目标车辆至各候选停车场的通行状况信息,然后计算目标车辆至各候选停车场的时空代价参数和天气影响因子,再基于交通可达性因子、时空代价参数以及各候选停车场的停车状况信息计算综合停车推荐指数,进而选定目标停车场。本发明可以有效整合、协调区域内的停车资源,提升区域停车资源的利用率,并且能充分考虑动态交通状态、天气、停车价格以及停车方便性等与停车行为的耦合效应,为用户适配最佳停车场,提升用户的停车体验。
