A bearing frame body and a conveying control mechanism are mounted above the left side of the bottom plate through a mounting frame body, the right side of the filter is connected with a hydrogen fuel cell body mounted above the right side of the bottom plate through a pipeline, and the left side of the filter is connected with a flow direction control mechanism for controlling uniform conveying of hydrogen fuel.
