The invention provides a machining method of foamed aluminum and a vehicle body cavity structure applying the machining method. The machining method comprises the following steps that a groove is formed in the surface of the foamed aluminum; a plurality of stress parts are embedded into the foamed aluminum; and an expansion bonding piece is placed in the groove, and the foamed aluminum is bonded to the cavity structure to be filled through the expansion bonding piece. According to the machining method, a groove is formed in foamed aluminum, a stress part is embedded, and an expansion bonding piece is bonded in the groove. After the expansion bonding piece expands, the foamed aluminum and the cavity structure are bonded together, and the stress part on the foamed aluminum provides a stress point for fixed connection between the foamed aluminum and the cavity structure. According to the machining method, the foamed aluminum can be stably and fixedly connected into the cavity structure, it is guaranteed that the filled cavity structure generates counter-acting force when being subjected to force in the two directions of bending and extruding, and the cavity structure has a deformed buffering area.

    本发明提供一种泡沫铝的加工方法及应用该加工方法的车身型腔结构,加工方法包括如下步骤:在泡沫铝的表面上开设凹槽;将若干个受力部嵌入到泡沫铝内;将膨胀粘接件放置在凹槽内,并通过膨胀粘接件将泡沫铝粘接至待填充的型腔结构中。该加工方法中在泡沫铝上开设凹槽、嵌入受力部,在凹槽中黏贴膨胀粘接件。膨胀粘接件膨胀后将泡沫铝和型腔结构粘接到一起,泡沫铝上的受力部为泡沫铝和型腔结构之间的固定连接提供受力点。该加工方法使泡沫铝可以稳定的固定连接在型腔结构中,保证填充后的型腔结构在受到折弯和挤压两个方向力的时候产生反作用力,并具有变形的缓冲区域。
