The invention provides a main body cord fabric shape for tire improvement, and relates to the technical field of tire production, the main body cord fabric shape comprises a tire body, a tire body cord fabric layer, a buffer layer and a plurality of passive heat dissipation devices; the tire body cord fabric layer is fixedly connected with the tire body, the buffer layer is located between the tire body and the tire body cord fabric layer, and the passive heat dissipation devices are arranged in the tire body and fixedly connected with the tire body. The buffer layer is arranged between the tire body and the tire body cord fabric layer, so that vibration between the tire and the road surface in the rotating process can be reduced, and noise generated by vibration of the tire is reduced; the multiple passive heat dissipation devices are arranged in the tire body and driven by extrusion force generated when the tire makes contact with the ground so as to control air flow in the cavity of the tire body, heat dissipation of the tire is accelerated, and the use safety of the tire is improved.

    本发明提供用于轮胎改进的主体帘布层形状,涉及轮胎生产技术领域,包括胎体、胎体帘布层、缓冲层和多个被动散热装置;胎体帘布层与胎体固定连接,缓冲层位于胎体与胎体帘布层之间,多个被动散热装置设置在胎体内并与胎体固定连接。本发明通过将缓冲层设置在胎体和胎体帘布层之间,可以减轻轮胎在转动过程中与路面之间的震动,以减小轮胎振动所产生的噪音;多个被动散热装置设置在胎体内,通过轮胎与地面接触时产生的挤压力来驱动,以控制胎体空腔内的空气流动,加速轮胎散热,提高了轮胎的使用安全性。
