The invention discloses a contactor diagnosis method and device and a vehicle, under the condition that a contactor in a sampling loop is disconnected, the method comprises the following specific steps: obtaining a first sampling voltage and a power supply voltage corresponding to two ends of a first sampling resistor in the sampling loop; according to the first sampling voltage, the power supply voltage and the first sampling resistance, equivalent resistance of the contactor is obtained through calculation, the obtained equivalent resistance of the contactor is compared with a resistance threshold value, the state of the contactor is determined, and the resistance threshold value is suitable for different power supply voltages. In the process, the state of the contactor is determined by comparing the calculated equivalent resistance with the resistance threshold value suitable for the current working condition, and compared with a current method of comparing a sampling voltage with a fixed voltage threshold value, the state of the contactor can be determined on different voltage platforms or under the condition that voltage fluctuation exists. And the state of the contactor can be diagnosed more quickly and accurately.

    本申请公开了一种接触器诊断方法、装置及车辆,在采样回路中接触器断开的情况下,该方法的具体步骤如下:获取采样回路中的第一采样电阻两端对应的第一采样电压和电源电压;根据第一采样电压、电源电压以及第一采样电阻,计算得到接触器的等效电阻,将得到的接触器的等效电阻和电阻阈值进行比较,确定接触器状态,电阻阈值适用于不同的电源电压。上述过程中,通过比较计算得到的等效电阻和适用于当前工况的电阻阈值,确定接触器状态,相较于当前根据采样电压和固定的电压阈值进行比较的方法,可以在不同电压平台,或者存在电压波动的情况下,更加快速、准确地进行接触器状态的诊断。
