The invention provides an intelligent self-adaptive charging method and system for an electric vehicle battery swap station. The intelligent self-adaptive charging method comprises the following steps that the maximum charging SOC and the maximum charging safety temperature are preset; obtaining the current average SOC of the battery pack and the average temperature of the battery cell, and obtaining the current charging power of the charger; normalizing the obtained current average soc and current average temperature of the battery pack to obtain processed standard soc and standard safe temperature; calculating target charging power according to the obtained charging rate range of the charger in combination with the standard SOC and standard safe temperature information of the current battery pack; the SOC and temperature change of the battery pack are monitored regularly, and the charging power is adjusted in real time. The charging power of the charger is dynamically adjusted by combining the characteristics of the battery pack, so that the sustainable balance between the charging speed, namely the operation requirement, and the health of the battery pack is achieved, and overcharging and over-temperature in the charging process of the battery pack are prevented.

    本发明提供了一种电动汽车换电站智能自适应充电方法及系统,包括以下步骤:预设充电最大SOC、充电最高安全温度;获取电池包的当前平均SOC和电芯平均温度,获取充电机的当前充电功率;将获取的电池包当前平均soc和当前平均温度归一化处理,得到处理后的标准soc、标准安全温度;依据获取的充电机的充电速率范围,结合当前电池包的标准SOC和标准安全温度信息,计算出目标充电功率;通过定期监测电池包的SOC和温度变化,并进行实时调整充电功率。本发明通过结合电池包的自身特性,动态的调整充电机的充电功率,以达到在充电速度即运营需求与电池包健康可持续的平衡,防止在电池包充电过程中产生过充和过温。
