The heat dissipation opening is formed in the side face of the charging pile shell, and the heat dissipation opening is in a long strip shape; the two mounting plates are both arranged in the charging pile shell, and the two mounting plates are arranged oppositely; the dustproof net cylinder is fixed between the two mounting plates, the dustproof net cylinder is of a cylindrical structure with the two ends open, and the dustproof net cylinder is right opposite to the heat dissipation opening. Through cooperation of the bevel gear and the eccentric wheel, the dust removal plate is driven to vibrate, bristles on the dust removal plate can continuously brush the surface of the dustproof sleeve, attached dust is effectively brushed off, and compared with a traditional fixed dustproof net structure, the dust removal efficiency is improved, the automatic dust removal process is achieved, and long-term stable operation of the charging pile is ensured.

    本发明涉及充电桩技术领域,并公开了一种高效散热的充电桩,包括充电桩外壳;散热口,开设在充电桩外壳的侧面,散热口呈长条状;两个安装板,均设置在充电桩外壳的内部,两个安装板正对设置;防尘网筒,固定在两个安装板之间,防尘网筒为两端开口的筒状结构,防尘网筒正对散热口设置。本发明通过锥齿轮和偏心轮的配合,驱动了清灰板的振动,其上的刷毛能够不断刷拭防尘套筒表面,有效刷落了附着的灰尘,相较于传统的固定式防尘网结构,不仅提升了防尘效率,还实现了自动化的清灰过程,确保了充电桩的长期稳定运行。
