According to the vehicle locking control method, the vehicle locking non-power-off function is set, and the requirement for a vehicle power source under the conditions that a vehicle owner leaves the vehicle temporarily and other passengers can still enjoy comfortable air conditioners, music, videos and other scenes in the vehicle is met.
