Different power control actions can be generated, the power generation operation stability and durability of the range extender are improved, the dynamic property and the power guarantee performance of the vehicle are both considered, great flexibility is achieved, the transient working condition of an engine is reduced, the driving experience of a user and the fuel economy of the vehicle are improved, and energy waste is avoided.
