The invention relates to the field of risk-avoiding steering assistance, in particular to an automatic risk-avoiding steering assistance system based on visual detection. The system comprises a risk area determination module used for acquiring and analyzing a real-time environment image of a driving vehicle and determining a dynamic risk area and a road slippery degree; the obstacle information determination module is used for acquiring vehicle information of the running vehicle and determining risk obstacle information in combination with the dynamic risk area; the motion information determination module is used for determining the motion information of the risk obstacle according to the real-time environment image and the risk obstacle information; and the steering information determination module is used for determining steering auxiliary information according to the motion information, the road slippery degree, the vehicle information and the real-time environment image. By acquiring and analyzing the real-time environment image and the vehicle information, the risk condition of the vehicle in the driving process is accurately determined, and the steering auxiliary information is accurately determined in combination with the actual road condition, so that the driving safety and reliability of the vehicle during avoidance are improved.
