Tools needed by inspection are stored in the storage machine shell, when the inspection tools are needed, the lifting air cylinder pushes the lifting table from the bottom to adjust the height of the storage machine shell, the connecting rod deflects angularly to enable the storage machine shell to deflect angularly relative to the movable base, and inspection personnel can take the inspection tools conveniently; the traditional operation of carrying an inspection tool is replaced, time and labor are saved, and the operation is simple and convenient; by arranging the power supply assembly, the solar panel converts solar energy into electric energy, and then the converted electric energy is stored in the storage battery through the inverter, so that the whole inspection vehicle is low-carbon and environment-friendly, and the inspection cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种基于人工智能的巡检车及控制系统,包括巡检车机壳,巡检车机壳的底端安装有驱动组件,巡检车机壳顶端的一侧固定安装有供电组件,巡检车机壳顶端的另一侧安装有巡检组件,本发明通过存储组件,存储机壳内存储巡检所需的工具,当需要巡检工具时,升降气缸从底部推动升降台,对存储机壳的高度进行调整,连接杆发生角度偏转使得存储机壳相对于活动座发生角度偏转,便于巡检人员取用巡检工具,取代传统的自身携带巡检工具的操作,省时省力且操作简单便捷;通过设置供电组件,太阳能板将太阳能转换为电能,而后经过逆变器将转换的电能存储在蓄电池内,整个巡检车低碳环保,降低了巡检成本。
