The invention discloses an electric scooter folder and a folding method thereof. A vertical rod and a frame of an electric scooter are folded through the folder between the vertical rod and the frame; the folder comprises an upper folder body, a lower folder body, a locking block, a rotating shaft and a rotary knob, the upper folder body and the lower folder body are hinged through the rotating shaft, the rotary knob is rotationally connected with the side wall of the lower folder body, the locking block is located in the lower folder body, and the locking block is connected with a threaded rod arranged on the inner side of the rotary knob in a matched and sleeved mode; the threaded rod is perpendicular to the rotating shaft, the locking block is driven to move in the axial direction of the threaded rod by rotating the rotary knob, the inner side of the locking block makes contact with the outer diameter wall face of the rotating shaft, and friction force is increased in the screwing process, so that the rotating shaft is locked. The vertical rod and the frame are folded through the folder, the folded frame is smaller than the original frame, and the design is simple to operate, brings great space advantage and is convenient to carry and store.

    本发明公开了一种电动滑板车折叠器及其折叠方法,电动滑板车设有的立杆与车架之间通过设有的折叠器对立杆与车架进行折叠;折叠器包括上折叠器、下折叠器、锁块、旋转轴以及旋钮,上折叠器与下折叠器之间通过设有的的旋转轴进行铰接,旋钮与下折叠器侧壁之间转动相连,锁块位于下折叠器内部,且锁块与旋钮内侧设有的螺纹杆配合套接,螺纹杆与旋转轴呈垂直布置,通过转动旋钮,进而驱动锁块沿着螺纹杆轴向移动,并通过锁块内侧与旋转轴外径壁面接触,并在旋紧过程中增加摩擦力实现对旋转轴的锁紧。本发明通过折叠器对立杆与车架进行折叠,折叠后车身比原车身缩小,这一设计不仅操作简单,同时带来了极大的空间优势,便于携带与存储。
