The crossed arc-shaped floating bodies are adopted, the water entering volume is large, and buoyancy is guaranteed; a large-mass heavy block is installed at the bottom of the arc-shaped floating body, the overall gravity center of the platform is lowered, and stability and overturning recovery capacity are improved.
