The invention provides a floating air bag and a floating power generation platform. The floating air bag comprises an air bag main body; the at least two air bag straight wings are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the air bag main body; each air bag straight wing is provided with at least one auxiliary rotor wing assembly, each auxiliary rotor wing assembly at least has a first state, and when the auxiliary rotor wing assemblies are in the first state, the auxiliary rotor wing assemblies are used for adjusting the position of the floating air bag in the first direction. The floating air bag solves the problem that in the prior art, interference is likely to be generated between the floating air bag and the adjacent floating air bag.
