The invention relates to the technical field of aerospace, and discloses a non-pyrotechnic two-stage mechanical spacecraft connecting and separating device which comprises an upper connecting assembly, a lower connecting assembly, a first-stage locking assembly, a second-stage locking assembly and a motor. The motor is fixedly connected with the lower connecting assembly, the first-stage locking assembly comprises a cylindrical cam mechanism and a connecting rod mechanism, the cylindrical cam mechanism is arranged in the cavity and connected to an output shaft of the motor, the connecting rod mechanism can be connected with the upper connecting assembly, and the second-stage locking assembly comprises a telescopic mechanism. The telescopic mechanism can be driven by a motor to rotate and fix the upper connecting assembly and the lower connecting assembly in an inserted mode. A two-stage mechanical connection and separation mode is adopted, through precise mechanical structure design, stable connection and stable separation between parts of a spacecraft are ensured, and compared with a traditional single-stage connection and separation device, the connection and separation reliability can be further improved.

    本发明涉及航空航天技术领域,公开了一种非火工二级机械式航天器连接与分离装置,包括上连接组件、下连接组件、一级锁紧组件、二级锁紧组件和电机,所述上连接组件位于下连接组件上方且两者相互插接,所述电机与下连接组件固定连接,所述一级锁紧组件包括圆柱凸轮机构和连杆机构,所述圆柱凸轮机构设在空腔内并连接在电机的输出轴上,所述连杆机构可与上连接组件连接,所述二级锁紧组件包括伸缩机构,所述伸缩机构可由电机带动转动并将上连接组件和下连接组件插接固定。本发明采用二级机械式连接与分离方式,通过精密的机械结构设计,确保航天器各部件之间的稳固连接与平稳分离,与传统单级连接与分离装置相比,可进一步提高连接和分离可靠性。
