The invention relates to a pile frame hoisting method, and belongs to the technical field of ship manufacturing. The pile frame hoisting method comprises the steps that the hoisting angle of a pile frame is set to be alpha, and the erecting angle of a variable-amplitude oil cylinder is set to be beta according to alpha and the pile frame; the gravity center of the pile frame is determined, two main lifting points and two auxiliary lifting points are arranged on the pile frame, the main lifting points and the auxiliary lifting points are connected with a single-hook lifting system through steel ropes, and the distance between the main lifting points and the single-hook lifting system is smaller than the distance between the main lifting points and the auxiliary lifting points and smaller than the distance between the auxiliary lifting points and the single-hook lifting system; and the upper end of the pile frame is lifted through the single-hook hoisting system, and the pile frame rotates around the dummy shaft seat until the included angle alpha is formed between the pile frame and the horizontal plane and then is lifted and moved to the position above the variable-amplitude oil cylinder, so that a hinge point is aligned with the front hinge seat. According to the scheme, by designing the supporting angle of the variable-amplitude oil cylinder and the hoisting angle of the pile frame, posture adjustment of the pile frame is achieved through the main hoisting point, cooperation of the posture of the pile frame is achieved through the main hoisting point and the auxiliary hoisting point, and meanwhile the later hoisting problem of the oil cylinder is solved.
