The invention discloses a charging pile fault diagnosis method based on a network model, and relates to the technical field of fault diagnosis, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the single-mode feature extraction based on the preprocessed operation data, and carrying out the splicing and fusion of the single-mode features; constructing a space-time diagram neural network model, and generating node-level features after space-time feature extraction based on the fused single-mode features; fault classification is carried out on the node-level features through group collaborative fault diagnosis; based on the fault classification result, diagnosis result feedback and optimization are carried out, and accurate characterization of the complex operation state of the charging pile is achieved; and the accuracy and global applicability of fault classification are improved. According to the overall scheme, a complete, accurate and efficient charging pile fault diagnosis process is formed from multi-modal data processing to group collaborative analysis and then to dynamic optimization, and the accuracy, robustness and applicability are all remarkably improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于网络模型的充电桩故障诊断方法,涉及故障诊断技术领域,包括基于预处理后的运行数据,进行单模态特征提取,将单模态特征拼接后融合;构建时空图神经网络模型,基于融合后的单模态特征,生成时空特征提取后的节点级特征;通过群体协同故障诊断,对节点级特征进行故障分类;基于故障分类结果,进行诊断结果反馈与优化,本发明实现了对充电桩复杂运行状态的精准表征;提升了故障分类的准确性和全局适用性。整体发明方案从多模态数据处理到群体协同分析,再到动态优化,形成完整、精准且高效的充电桩故障诊断流程,在准确性、鲁棒性和适用性上均有显著提升。
