The invention discloses a railway freight train data acquisition method and system based on multi-sensor fusion, and relates to the technical field of railway transportation, and the method comprises the steps: detecting the operation state and position of a train in real time through wireless communication, and carrying out the self-inspection of each sensor when the train is detected to be about to enter a monitoring region; constructing a three-dimensional health state model of the train through three-dimensional reconstruction and synchronous positioning according to the comprehensive state data of the train; in combination with a three-dimensional health state model and a side cloud collaborative architecture, layered processing and dynamic optimization of train comprehensive state data are accelerated by using a quantum algorithm, and abnormal features are identified in real time; the abnormal features are analyzed through deep learning and a time sequence analysis algorithm, and alarm information is generated and fed back to the edge computing terminal; according to the method, the running state of the train and the cargo state data are deeply fused through the convolution operation of the three-dimensional health state model and the space-time diagram, so that the global perception capability of the data is improved.

    本发明公开了基于多传感器融合的铁路货运列车数据采集方法及系统,涉及铁路运输技术领域,包括,通过无线通信实时探测列车的运行状态及位置,在检测到列车即将进入监测区域时对各传感器进行自检;根据列车综合状态数据,通过三维重构与同步定位,构建列车的三维健康状态模型;结合三维健康状态模型与边云协同架构,利用量子算法加速列车综合状态数据的分层处理与动态优化,实时识别异常特征;通过深度学习和时间序列分析算法对异常特征进行分析,生成报警信息并反馈至边缘计算终端;本发明通过三维健康状态模型与时空图卷积操作,将列车的运行状态与货物状态数据进行深度融合,提升了数据的全局感知能力。
