The invention discloses a road section safety comprehensive evaluation method based on a dangerous driving behavior spectrum, and relates to the field of intelligent traffic, and the method comprises the steps: collecting the driving data of each vehicle in a target road section in a set time period; according to the driving data, judging whether each vehicle in the road section has a dangerous driving behavior at each moment; calculating each dangerous driving behavior characteristic parameter of the vehicle with the dangerous driving behavior at each moment; the characteristic parameters are accumulated and averaged to obtain the score of each dangerous driving behavior of the vehicle, and normalization processing is carried out; carrying out weighted average on each normalized dangerous driving behavior score to obtain a dangerous driving behavior spectrum characteristic value of the vehicle; and the sum of the dangerous driving behavior spectrum characteristic values of all vehicles represents the comprehensive danger degree of the target road section. The road section safety state can be effectively judged, an accurate and timely traffic incident emergency disposal decision basis is provided for road traffic managers, the road traffic supervision level and the emergency disposal capacity are improved, and safe and smooth passing of road vehicles is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种基于危险驾驶行为谱的路段安全综合评价方法,涉及智能交通领域,包括:采集目标路段各车辆在设定时间段内的行驶数据;根据行驶数据判断路段内各车辆各时刻是否存在危险驾驶行为;计算存在危险驾驶行为的车辆在各时刻的各危险驾驶行为特征参数;将特征参数累计平均后得到车辆各危险驾驶行为得分,并归一化处理;对归一化处理后的各危险驾驶行为得分进行加权平均,得到车辆的危险驾驶行为谱特征值;以全部车辆的危险驾驶行为谱特征值之和表示目标路段的综合危险程度。本发明可以有效判定路段安全状态,为道路交通管理者提供准确、及时的交通事件应急处置决策依据,提高道路交通监管水平和应急处置能力,保障道路车辆安全顺畅通行。
