The rotor core is close to any end of the rotor rotating shaft on the rotor rotating shaft, so that the rotor core is staggered relative to the stator assembly, the rotor assembly generates an axial magnetic pulling force, the rotor rotating shaft moves towards one end, one end of the rotor assembly is in contact friction with the upper end bearing or the lower end bearing, and the other end is in a suspended state; a certain distance is kept between the lower end bearing and the upper end bearing, so that one end of the rotor rotating shaft has no friction sound, half of the friction sound is reduced, and the noise reduction effect is achieved.
