    本发明涉及一种金属结构高空组对机构及方法,涉及建筑施工技术领域,包括组对耳板,组对耳板包括安装于金属结构两端的上组对耳板和下组对耳板,上组对耳板和下组对耳板均设有两个,对称分布在金属结构的两侧,上组对耳板和下组对耳板上均设有用于螺栓固定的螺栓孔;还包括用于连接下段金属结构上的上组对耳板和上段金属结构上的下组对耳板的组对连接板,组对连接板的下端设有圆形的组对固定孔,组对固定孔与上组对耳板上的螺栓孔通过螺栓连接,中端设有长条状的组对调整孔。该发明能用于金属框架、管道、大型分段设备等金属类装置的高空组对快速拼装焊接,提高施工工效,同时组对拼接质量也较高。
