The invention relates to the technical field of hub assembly, in particular to a two-section type spliced aluminum alloy hub and a splicing method thereof.The two-section type spliced aluminum alloy hub comprises a supporting table, a rotating disc is rotationally installed in the middle of the upper end face of the supporting table through an electric sliding block, and a rim to be assembled is placed in the middle of the rotating disc; according to the hub splicing device, when the annular frame moves downwards, a spoke arranged on the outer portion of the center rod in a sleeving mode is placed on the rim, and the spoke is rotated on the supporting plate, so that the rim is fixed and limited, and the hub splicing efficiency is improved. Compared with an existing device, the device has the advantages that the spoke does not need to be manually placed on the rim, the multiple screw holes between the rim and the spoke can be rapidly and conveniently aligned to be kept on the same axis, and the problem that the wheel rim cannot be conveniently assembled when the wheel hub is assembled is effectively solved. And the problem that the spokes need to be manually carried is solved.

    本发明涉及轮毂组装技术领域,具体的是一种两段式拼接铝合金轮毂及其拼接方法,包括支撑台,支撑台上端面中部通过电动滑块转动安装有转盘,转盘中部放置有等待组装的轮辋,转盘中心环向滑动安装有用于对轮毂拼接时的轮辋进行固定限位的紧固架,转盘上端面环向安装有液压杆,本发明通过环型架下移时,将中心杆外部套设的轮辐放置在轮辋上,并且通过在托板上转动轮辐,能够轻便快捷的将轮辐与轮辋之间的螺孔进行对接,以便后续的固定,本发明相较于现有的装置无需手动将轮辐放置在轮辋上,并且能够快速便携的将轮辋与轮辐之间的多个螺孔进行对位使其保持在同一轴心,有效解决了轮毂组装时,需要人工对轮辐搬运的问题。
