The invention discloses an intelligent tire sensor system which comprises a six-axis inertial navigation sensor, a temperature sensor, a pressure sensor, a wireless transceiver, a processor, a micro motor, a power supply system and a power supply, the processor is used for acquiring data from the six-axis inertial navigation sensor, the temperature sensor and the pressure sensor, controlling the working modes of the micro motor and the power supply system and controlling the transceiver to transmit and receive signals with the outside; the processor manages and controls the power supply system by detecting the output voltage and current of the micro motor and the Hall signal, so that the micro motor or the rechargeable battery supplies power at different movement moments of the tire, and the micro motor charges the rechargeable battery. Through the synchronization method, the structure of the parts and interconnection arrangement, self-power generation can be simply, stably and reliably achieved, and high-frequency data synchronous collection can be conducted to monitor the conditions of tires and an automobile.

    本发明公开了一种智能轮胎传感器系统,包括:六轴惯导传感器、温度传感器、压力传感器、无线收发器、处理器、微型电机、电源系统及电源,处理器用于从六轴惯导传感器、温度传感器和压力传感器获得数据并控制微型电机和电源系统的工作模式,控制收发器与外部进行信号的收发;处理器通过检测微型电机的输出电压和电流以及霍尔信号,实现对电源系统的管理和控制,使得在轮胎的不同运动时刻,分别由微型电机或者可充电电池进行供电,以及由微型电机给可充电电池充电。本发明通过同步方法及部件的结构和互连设置,可以简单、稳定可靠实现自发电并且可以进行高频率数据同步采集以监控轮胎和汽车状况。
