The invention discloses an electric vehicle charging pile intelligent overheating protection device which comprises a connecting plate fixedly installed on a charging pile and further comprises a traction assembly, and the traction assembly is used for pulling a charging part and separating the charging part from a vehicle when charging is abnormal and overheated. The traction assembly comprises two guide rods, a traction plate, two baffles, two supporting springs and two sets of locking mechanisms, a through hole is formed in the side wall of the traction plate, the charging component can penetrate through the through hole, and a guide hole is formed in the side wall of the connecting plate. By arranging the traction assembly, when abnormal overheating occurs in the charging process, the locking mechanism in the traction assembly can fix the charging component, then the traction assembly continuously pulls the fixed charging component, the charging component can be rapidly separated from the vehicle in a short time, and the risk of short-circuit accidents can be reduced.

    本发明公开了一种电动车充电桩智能过热保护装置,包括固定安装在充电桩上的衔接板,还包括牵拉组件,所述牵拉组件用于在充电异常过热时牵拉充电部件,并使充电部件与车辆分离;所述牵拉组件包括两个导向杆、一个牵拉板、两个挡板、两个支撑弹簧及两组锁紧机构,所述牵拉板的侧壁开设有通孔,所述通孔可穿过充电部件,所述衔接板的侧壁开设有导向孔。本发明通过设置牵拉组件,可在充电过程中发生异常过热时,牵拉组件中的锁紧机构固定住充电部件,随后牵拉组件将固定住的充电部件不断牵拉,能够在短时间内快速使充电部件与车辆分离,可降低短路事故发生的风险。
