本发明一种润滑流体循环式仿生超滑减阻表面及制备方法,属于船舶与水下航行器减阻技术领域;所述仿生超滑减阻表面包括非对称超疏水表面结构及连通其上下游的微循环流道,润滑流体在外界剪切作用下沿非对称超疏水表面结构向其下游定向移动;微循环流道的入口位于非对称超疏水表面结构下游,出口位于非对称超疏水表面结构上游,其出/入口外缘具有水下疏润滑流体特性,使得流向下游的润滑流体堆积后受压力作用经入口进入微循环流道,再沿微循环流道反向流转至上游出口,完成反复循环的流动过程。本发明既能有效封存润滑流体形成减阻和防污液-液界面,还能实现润滑流体的自动补充与长效维持,极大增强了超滑表面在水下减阻应用中的耐久性能。
