The invention relates to the field of ship engineering, in particular to a transfer barge cargo hold funnel type structure which is of a cargo hold funnel type structure, the cargo hold structure of a cargo hold is in the shape that the size of an upper opening is larger than that of a lower opening, and at least two sets of lower openings are formed in the lower end of the cargo hold; the cargo hold comprises a cargo hold bottom structure, cargo hold side longitudinal walls, cargo hold transverse bulkheads and cargo hold middle longitudinal walls; the cargo hold bottom structure is enclosed by the cargo hold side longitudinal walls to form the cargo hold, and the cargo hold transverse bulkheads are connected with the cargo hold middle longitudinal walls in a crossed mode to be used for separating the cargo hold. The high-strength wear-resistant steel AQ-98 is applied to a main cargo hold structure, the strength is improved, the wear-resistant effect is improved, and the use performance is improved.
