The invention discloses an anti-collision device and an anti-collision method for an anti-explosion crane. The anti-collision device comprises a mounting frame, a distance sensor, a magnetic repulsion piece, an anti-collision block and an anti-collision block bracket, and is mounted at the end part of a ground beam of the anti-explosion crane. The method comprises the following steps: starting a distance sensor to detect a distance, giving an alarm through an audible and visual alarm when the distance is smaller than a safe distance, and operating the crane to decelerate or stop by an operator according to a signal; if the crane is not stopped, the magnetic repulsion pieces interact to decelerate or stop the crane; and if the crane is not stopped, the anti-collision block collides and contacts to decelerate and stop the crane. By means of the arrangement, explosion caused by sparks generated in the collision process of the anti-explosion cranes can be avoided.
