The invention discloses a construction method and device for dividing unit modules of a large-span space suspended ceiling, and the method comprises the following steps: 1, dividing the suspended ceiling into a plurality of unit modules based on the modeling of the suspended ceiling, installing guide rail horizontal rods below a structural plate, and connecting cross braces between the guide rail horizontal rods to form a suspended ceiling steel frame; 2, a hoisting unit capable of walking along the guide rail horizontal rod is installed on the guide rail horizontal rod, and a lifting assembly is arranged on the hoisting unit; and thirdly, the unit modules are assembled and connected with the lifting assemblies, the unit modules are hoisted to the installation positions through the lifting assemblies, the unit modules are connected with the guide rail horizontal rods, connection between the lifting assemblies and the unit modules is removed, and the hoisting units are moved to the next installation position along the guide rail horizontal rods. The suspended ceiling steel frame is used as a temporary guide rail, the requirements for large-span and large-space suspended ceilings and pipeline moving and hoisting are met at the same time, and the method is suitable for large-space and large-span complex stepped modeling suspended ceilings and multi-specialty cross construction.

    本发明公开了一种大跨度空间吊顶划单元模块施工方法及装置,方法包括以下步骤:步骤一:基于吊顶造型将吊顶划分成多个单元模块,在结构板下方安装导轨水平杆并在导轨水平杆之间连接横撑形成吊顶钢架;步骤二:在导轨水平杆上安装能够沿着导轨水平杆行走的吊装单元,吊装单元上设有提升组件;步骤三:组装单元模块,并将单元模块与提升组件连接,通过提升组件将单元模块吊装至安装位置,将单元模块与导轨水平杆连接,解除提升组件与单元模块连接,将吊装单元沿着导轨水平杆移动至下一安装位置。本申请利用吊顶钢架做临时导轨,同时满足大跨度、大空间吊顶及管线移动、吊装,适用于大空间、大跨度复杂跌级造型吊顶以及多专业交叉施工。
