The invention relates to a speed reducing mechanism, a drive axle and a vehicle, and the speed reducing mechanism comprises a rotating part which rotates around a rotating axis; the bearing is combined to the rotating part, and the bearing comprises an inner ring and an outer ring; the pre-tightening piece is used for applying pre-tightening force to the inner ring so as to adjust the relative position of the inner ring and the outer ring; the fastening assembly is configured to fix the pre-tightening piece to the rotating piece; wherein at least one part of the fastening assembly is embedded into the rotating piece, and the other part of the fastening assembly is embedded into the pre-tightening piece, so that the fastening assembly transmits torque between the rotating piece and the pre-tightening piece. The speed reducing mechanism, the drive axle and the vehicle have the beneficial effects that the pre-tightening force is applied to the inner ring through the pre-tightening piece fixed to the rotating piece so that the bearing can be conveniently installed and positioned.
