The invention provides an integrated proportional control valve assembly of a hydraulic retarder. The integrated proportional control valve assembly is used for solving the technical problems that according to an existing hydraulic retarder arranged in a split mode, the torque control precision is poor, the number of fault risk points is large, and the space of a cab is occupied due to the fact that the number of connecting wire harnesses is large. According to the integrated proportional control valve assembly, the controller is electrically connected with the electromagnet through the proportional valve connector provided with the pin connector, meanwhile, the integrated proportional control valve assembly is matched with an onboard pressure sensor on the lower surface of the controller, an air source air inlet in the valve body and the like in an avoiding design mode, one-to-one installation with the hydraulic retarder is achieved, and the integrated proportional control valve assembly is convenient to install and maintain. Therefore, the torque control precision of the hydraulic retarder is greatly improved; meanwhile, the proportional valve connector is used for replacing a wiring harness and an injection molding connector, the system problem caused by wiring harness failure is avoided, meanwhile, the hidden danger that dust, impurities and water vapor enter the system due to injection molding connector failure is avoided, and the operation cost is effectively reduced.

    本发明提供了一种液力缓速器集成比例控制阀总成,用于解决现有分体布置的液力缓速器存在的控制扭矩的精度差、连接线束较多导致故障风险点多以及占用驾驶室空间的技术问题。本发明提供的集成比例控制阀总成,通过设置有插针接口的比例阀连接器实现了控制器与电磁铁的电相连,同时与控制器下表面的板载压力传感器、阀体上的气源进气口等避让设计配合,与液力缓速器实现了一对一安装,从而极大地提高了液力缓速器的扭矩控制精度;同时本发明使用比例阀连接器代替了线束和注塑接插件,不仅避免了因线束失效带来的系统问题,同时避免了注塑接插件故障导致的粉尘杂质、水汽进入系统内部等隐患,有效降低了运行成本。
