The invention provides a sensor-based mechanical unmanned aerial vehicle thrust line measuring device and measuring method, and relates to the technical field of aviation, the sensor-based mechanical unmanned aerial vehicle thrust line measuring device comprises a fixing frame, the fixing frame comprises a base, and four mounting surfaces which are orthogonally connected in sequence are vertically fixed on the base; a first through hole is formed in the center of the base, a sleeve and a sensor are fixed at the first through hole, and the sensor is mounted on a mounting surface; the thrust line measuring assembly comprises a thrust line measuring cylinder and an unmanned aerial vehicle suspension rod, the top end of the measuring cylinder is fixedly connected with the sleeve in a sleeving mode, the suspension rod penetrates through the thrust line measuring cylinder and the fixing frame, a signal collecting port of the sensor makes contact with the unmanned aerial vehicle suspension rod, the collecting port is in a pre-tightening state, and an unmanned aerial vehicle is suspended at the bottom end of the unmanned aerial vehicle suspension rod; the sensor is used for collecting the distance value between the unmanned aerial vehicle suspension rod and the thrust line measuring cylinder, and the inclination angle of the thrust line is calculated through the distance value. The method is simple and easy to use, reduces the workload of measurement personnel, and improves the measurement precision and efficiency of the thrust line.

    本发明提供了一种基于传感器的机械式无人机推力线测量装置及测量方法,涉及航空技术领域,包括:固定架,固定架包括底座,底座上垂直固定4个依次正交连接的安装面;底座的中心位置开设第一通孔,第一通孔处固定套筒,传感器,其安装在安装面上;推力线测量组件,其包括推力线测量筒和无人机悬挂杆,测量筒的顶端与套筒固定套接,悬挂杆贯穿推力线测量筒和固定架,传感器的信号采集端口与无人机悬挂杆接触,且采集端口处于预紧状态,无人机悬挂杆的底端悬挂无人机;传感器用于采集无人机悬挂杆与推力线测量筒之间的间距值,以通过间距值计算获得推力线的倾角大小。本发明简便易用、减少了测量人员的工作量,提高了推力线测量精度和测量效率。
