The embodiment of the invention relates to a method and device for travel service, equipment and a storage medium. The method proposed herein includes: determining a parking scene of an autonomous vehicle in response to the autonomous vehicle triggering parking during an autonomous vehicle service target journey; in response to the fact that a target condition corresponding to the parking scene is met, sending a prompt to a user associated with the target travel; and generating a first remote assistance request associated with the autonomous vehicle in response to the fact that the feedback of the user for the reminder is not received in the target duration, the target duration being related to the parking position of the autonomous vehicle. In this way, the service reliability of the autonomous vehicle can be improved.

    本公开的实施例涉及用于出行服务的方法、装置、设备和存储介质。在此提出的方法包括:在自主车辆服务目标行程期间,响应于自主车辆触发停车,确定自主车辆的停车场景;响应于与停车场景对应的目标条件被满足,向与目标行程相关联的用户发送提醒;以及响应于在目标时长未接收到用户针对提醒的反馈,生成与自主车辆相关联的第一远程协助请求,其中目标时长与自主车辆的停车位置相关。以此方式,本公开的实施例能够提高自主车辆的服务可靠性。
