The method comprises the steps that the output power of a vehicle-mounted battery is monitored; if the output power is larger than the first preset threshold value, a power supply mos tube of a target vehicle-mounted electric appliance is controlled to be disconnected, and the target vehicle-mounted electric appliance is an electric appliance which is arranged in the vehicle and is irrelevant to the vehicle driving function; if it is detected that the output power of the vehicle-mounted battery of the controlled vehicle is smaller than a second preset threshold value, the power supply mos transistor of the target vehicle-mounted electric appliance is controlled to be closed. According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the problem of potential safety hazards caused by insufficient low-voltage power supply due to over-limit of the vehicle-mounted electric appliance is reduced, and the aging of the vehicle-mounted battery caused by over-discharge of the vehicle-mounted battery can be avoided.
