The invention discloses a vehicle and a chassis assembly (20) thereof. The chassis assembly comprises a vehicle frame (21), a first edge beam (41), a second edge beam (42), a protection plate assembly (50) and a battery monomer (30), the frame comprises a first supporting beam (211) and a second supporting beam (212), the first supporting beam and the second supporting beam extend in the first direction (X) and are arranged in a spaced mode in the second direction (Y), and the first direction intersects with the second direction. The first boundary beam and the second boundary beam are arranged in a spaced mode in the first direction and connected with the first supporting beam and the second supporting beam correspondingly; the protection plate assembly is connected to the first supporting beam, the second supporting beam, the first edge beam and the second edge beam, and an accommodating cavity is defined by the protection plate assembly, the first supporting beam, the second supporting beam, the first edge beam and the second edge beam; and the battery monomers are accommodated in the accommodating cavities. According to the chassis assembly structure, the bearing capacity can be improved, the collision performance in the second direction is improved, expansion of the battery monomers is limited through the first edge beams and the second edge beams, and the reliability of the battery monomers is improved.
