    本发明公开了一种X型车身高度调节系统及方法,涉及车辆减震技术领域,包括相互平行的第一运行轨道和第二运行轨道,第一运行轨道和第二运行轨道之间设有呈X型布置的第一减震器和第二减震器,第一减震器和第二减震器在交叉处转动连接;所述第一减震器一端与第一运行轨道通过主滑动定位机构配合,第一减震器另一端与第二运行轨道之间以及第二减震器与第一运行轨道、第二运行轨道之间分别通过从滑动定位机构配合;所述主滑动定位机构用于带动第一减震器运动,以使第一减震器与第二减震器在设定夹角范围内无极调节。本发明通过X型减震结构实现车身在一定范围内的无极调节,扩大高度调节范围,并且能够保证车身稳定性。
