The vehicle control unit VCU, the motor controller and the power battery sequentially form a closed loop, and the motor controller is further sequentially connected with the driving motor, the gearbox and the axle. Whether a vehicle is in a downhill state or not at present is analyzed through the vehicle control unit VCU, the slope angle and the vehicle weight are converted, the vehicle speed, the friction coefficient and the like are combined, appropriate electric braking torque of the vehicle is converted to keep the vehicle speed lower than a certain speed for downhill, and a driving motor is preferentially used for generating electricity and feeding back the electricity to a power battery to achieve braking. When the power generation braking force is insufficient, the retarder intervenes to supplement the braking torque, so that the electrically-driven mine truck automatically goes downhill at a stable speed, energy recovery is realized to the greatest extent, the cruising ability of the electrically-driven mine truck is improved, the electric quantity configuration of a power battery is reduced, and the effects of saving energy, reducing emission and reducing cost are achieved.
本发明公开了一种电驱动矿用自卸车电制动控制系统及方法,包括:整车控制器VCU分别与加速踏板、制动踏板、倾角传感器、称重传感器、智能制动开关、电机控制器、动力电池和缓速器分别相连,且整车控制器VCU、电机控制器、动力电池依次形成闭合回路,电机控制器还与驱动电机、变速箱及车桥依次相连;本发明通过整车控制器VCU解析出车辆当前是否为下坡状态,并换算出坡度角大小、整车重量,结合车速、摩擦系数等,换算车合适的电制动力矩保持车速低于一定速度下坡,并优先使用驱动电机发电回馈给动力电池进而实现制动;发电制动力不足时缓速器介入补充制动力矩,达到电驱动矿用车自动稳速下坡,且最大限度的实现能量回收,增加电驱动矿用车的续航能力,减少动力电池电量配置,达到节能减排降低成本的作用。
