The invention discloses an anti-fatigue ship deck strut which is an I-shaped strut composed of two panels and a web, the strut is arranged between an upper deck and a lower deck, a T-shaped profile is arranged below the decks, the upper end of the strut is connected with the panels of the T-shaped profile, the lower end of the strut is connected with the decks, and the panels of the T-shaped profile are connected with the webs. A web plate of the supporting column and a web plate of the T-shaped profile are oppositely arranged up and down, the upper ends and the lower ends of the two panels are both provided with bending parts which are bent in the direction away from the central axis of the supporting column, and the bending parts at the same ends of the two panels are arranged in a mirror symmetry mode. According to the anti-fatigue ship deck supporting column, the stress level value of a fatigue hot spot position can be effectively reduced through the supporting column with the folded angle type end portion, the specified fatigue life is easily achieved, and structural weight optimization can be achieved on the basis of calculation.

    本发明公开了一种抗疲劳船舶甲板支柱,所述支柱为由两个面板和腹板组成的工字型支柱,所述支柱设于上下两层甲板之间,在所述甲板的下方设有T型材,所述支柱的上端与所述T型材的面板连接,所述支柱的下端与所述甲板连接,所述支柱的腹板与所述T型材的腹板上下相对设置,两个所述面板的上下两端均设有向背离所述支柱中心轴线方向弯折的弯折部,且两个所述面板相同端的弯折部镜像对称设置。本发明的抗疲劳船舶甲板支柱,通过采用折角形式端部形式的支柱可有效地降低疲劳热点位置的应力水平值,容易实现规定的疲劳寿命,可以在通过计算的基础上实现结构重量优化。
