The invention discloses an aero seat with a backrest inertial collision protection function. The aero seat comprises a seat framework, a backrest, a protection assembly and a backrest angle adjusting mechanism. The lower end of the backrest is rotationally mounted on the seat framework; the protection assembly comprises a connecting plate and a shearing shaft, the middle of the connecting plate is rotationally installed on the backrest, the rotating axis of the connecting plate is coaxial with the rotating axis of the backrest, the connecting plate is provided with a through hole, the shearing shaft penetrates through the through hole to be connected with the backrest, and two shearing rings arranged at intervals are formed on the connecting plate on the rotating path of the shearing shaft so that when the backrest is subjected to forward external force, the shearing rings can shear the backrest. The shearing shaft shears off the two shearing rings in sequence; the backrest angle adjusting mechanism is arranged on the seat framework, and the driving end of the backrest angle adjusting mechanism is connected with the lower end of the connecting plate. The two shear rings arranged at intervals are arranged to form a two-stage trigger mechanism according to the time difference of the fact that the artificial hand and the head sequentially collide with the backrest, so that the head can avoid a dangerous area, and the protection effect is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种靠背惯性碰撞防护的航空座椅,包括座椅骨架、靠背、防护组件以及靠背角度调节机构;靠背下端转动安装于座椅骨架;防护组件包括连接板和剪切轴,连接板的中部转动安装于靠背且其转动轴线与靠背转动轴线同轴,连接板设有通孔,剪切轴穿设通孔与靠背连接,连接板在剪切轴转动路径上形成有间隔设置的两个剪切环,以在靠背受到向前的外力作用时,剪切轴依次剪断两个剪切环;以及靠背角度调节机构设于座椅骨架,靠背角度调节机构的驱动端与连接板的下端连接。本申请利用假人手与头先后碰撞靠背的时间差,设置两个间隔设置的剪切环形成两级触发机构,使得头部能够避开危险区域,起到保护作用。
