The invention discloses a vehicle frame type undercarriage in-situ turning moment measurement test verification device which comprises a bottom plate, a vertical module, a torsion module, an undercarriage and a measurement module. The vertical module comprises two triangular supports, a fixed beam, two sliding rails, two sliding blocks, a vertical hydraulic actuator, a loading seat and two connecting pieces; the torsion module comprises a bearing seat, a bearing, a rotating shaft, a torque sensor, two connecting rods and two torsion units, and each torsion unit comprises a fixing frame and a heading hydraulic actuator; the measuring module comprises two mounting plates and 2M measuring units. Each measuring unit comprises a force bearing seat, a six-dimensional force sensor and two flanges. The device can accurately measure the tire load and the torsional moment when the undercarriage turns in situ, is modularized, is easy to maintain and upgrade, can provide stable and reliable measurement data, and reduces the influence of external environmental factors.

    本发明公开了一种车架式起落架原地转弯力矩测量试验验证装置,包括底板、垂向模块、扭转模块、起落架和测量模块;垂向模块包含两个三角撑、固定梁、两个滑轨、两个滑块、垂向液压作动器、加载座和两个连接件;扭转模块包含轴承座、轴承、转轴、扭矩传感器、两个连杆和两个扭转单元,扭转单元包含固定架和航向液压作动器;测量模块包含两个安装板和2M个测量单元,测量单元包含承力座、六维力传感器和两个法兰。本发明能够准确测量起落架在原地转弯时的轮胎载荷与扭转力矩,装置模块化,易于维护和升级,能够提供稳定可靠的测量数据,减少外部环境因素的影响。
