A plurality of through holes are formed in the radioactive plate-shaped samples, radioactive substances are collected in the through holes, and the loading structure is used for placing the plurality of radioactive plate-shaped samples in the dissolving device so as to dissolve the radioactive substances by using feed liquid in the dissolving device. The loading structure comprises a main body and a stop piece, the main body is arranged to form a containing cavity with a side opening, the containing cavity is used for containing a plurality of radioactive plate-shaped samples, and the radioactive plate-shaped samples are stacked in the containing cavity in the height direction of the containing cavity; the accommodating cavity is provided with a plurality of through holes, so that feed liquid in the dissolving device can flow through the accommodating cavity; the stop piece is detachably arranged at the side opening of the containing cavity and used for preventing the radioactive plate-shaped sample from being moved out of the containing cavity. According to the loading structure provided by the embodiment of the invention, a plurality of radioactive plate-shaped samples can be conveniently loaded at the same time.
