The invention provides a heat absorber hoisting system which is used for hoisting a heat absorber on a heat absorber tower and comprises the heat absorber tower, a supporting cross beam system and a supporting cross beam push-pull device. The heat absorber tower is provided with a concrete tower body and a supporting structure for hoisting a heat absorber; the supporting cross beam system is arranged at the bottom of the heat absorber and comprises a supporting cross beam and a supporting cross beam push-pull device, the supporting cross beam comprises a first cross beam, a second cross beam and a connecting piece which are spaced by a certain distance, and the first cross beam and the second cross beam are connected into a whole through the connecting piece; the supporting cross beam push-pull device is arranged at the bottom of the heat absorber and is adjacently and movably connected with the supporting cross beam; wherein the multiple supporting cross beam systems are annularly arranged around the bottom of the tower body so as to uniformly support the heat absorber, and after the heat absorber is lifted to a mounting position, the supporting cross beam push-pull device can push the first cross beam and the second cross beam to the supporting structure. The invention further provides a heat absorber hoisting method which can shorten the construction period and reduce manpower and material resources.
